Dromtariffe Vintage Club are holding there first run for 2025 on next Sunday 2nd March and this Event will be in aid of Marymount University Hospice.
This is a Vintage and Classic Tractor and Car Run.
There will be a Raffle also in aid of Marymount Hospice held on the day with some fantastic prizes up for grabs.
Gathering from 11am at Dromtariffe G.A.A Complex, Rathcoole, P51 YY26 and departing at 1pm. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

The Ned Tarrant Tractor Run is taking place Tommorrow Sunday April 2nd in Aid of Marymount Hospice with Sign on from 12 Noon in Kilcorney Hall and Take Off at 1pm,Entry for Run €20.
All Vintage\Modern Tractors very Welcome to Attend.
Followed by Live Music/BBQ at Healys Bar.

We shall be adding lots more images tomorrow (31st Aug. 2020) recalling this hugely successful fundraising event at Millstreet GAA Community Hall on 30th August 2019. The Fashion Event was among many other presentations on the night. The inspiring event was in memory of the late wonderful Abina Karen O’Keeffe. Great credit to her sister Hannah and her magnificent Team for organising such a superbly successful fundraiser in aid of Marymount Hospice and for very importantly bringing awareness to the Symptoms of Ovarian Cancer. Following on from the recent Cars Coffee and Chat Morning held on Sunday Jan 22nd last and also the End of Year Club Social Activites held back in November which were Organised by
Millstreet Vintage Club a final figure of €2,100.69 was raised in Total from these Events for Marymount Hospice,the Vintage Club would like to thank Everybody for there fantastic support and generosity.
A Cheque for the final figure raised was presented by Millstreet Vintage Club to Marymount Hospice in Millstreet on Friday Night Feb 21st last at The Wallis Arms Hotel in Millstreet,Fiona Kelleher of Marymount accepted the Cheque on behalf of the Group from Coffee Morning Organiser Daniel Lane and Fiona thanked the Generosity of People for supporting such a great Cause in Marymount Hospice and said it would be a great help for the Groups Activities.

Their was a great turnout earlier today at The Wallis Arms Hotel in Millstreet for the Millstreet Vintage Club Cars Coffee Chat Morning which was held in aid of Marymount Hospice. The Vintage Club would like to thank everybody that attended the event and for their fantastic support and generosity on the day.
Daniel Lane of Millstreet Vintage Club who coordinated the event was delighted with the turnout with in excess of 40 Vintage and Classic Cars/Bikes making the trip to Millstreet for what was a most enjoyable days proceedings. The Club would also like to thank Billy, Nigel, and all the Team at the Wallis Arms for all their help and for providing a great venue, and Daniel Lane also wishes to thank the Vintage Club Members and Friends who helped on both the lead up to the event and on the day itself. Also, many thanks to An Garda Síochána for their help and to the photographers and members of the local press who attended on the day to promote the proceedings for both Millstreet Vintage Club and Marymount Hospice.
A final figure from the Coffee Morning will be released soon which will be then presented by Millstreet Vintage Club to Marymount Hospice in the very near future.

[read more …] “Very Successful National Fundraising Coffee Morning 2018 for Hospice”
As the generosity of the local businesses and community was so great during the fundraising efforts for my volunteering in India, it allowed other donations to be made to two other very worthy causes Marymount Hospice and Millstreet Community Hospital. €910 has been donated to both (pictures below).
I shall send updates during my 10 weeks of volunteering. I have received my itinerary for the first four weeks and I shall be teaching a class of 30 kids in Palampur aged between 10 -15 yrs. I will be teaching English, mathematics, general knowledge and sports to them.
Again a massive thank you to everyone who helped out, took part and donated to these volunteering efforts – Celina.
