Death Notice: Pat Kenny, Mill Road, Killarney

The death has occurred of Pat Kenny, Mill Road, Killarney and late of Muckross, Killarney, Co. Kerry. Beloved husband of Maureen and loving father of Michelle and Noreen. Very sadly missed and dearly loved by his family, sons-in-law David Keogh and Colm Daly, his grandchildren Ciara, Marie and Elizabeth, brothers Billy and Fred, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and many good friends. Predeceased by his brother Micheál and sisters Chris and Sheila. “May He Rest In Peace”

Reposing at O’Shea’s Funeral Home, Cathedral Place, Killarney on Tuesday evening from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm. Removal at 6.30 pm to St Mary’s Cathedral. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 10.30am, burial afterwards in Aghadoe Lawn Cemetery, Killarney. Family flowers only by request, donations if desired to the Rockmount Day Care Centre, Kilgarvan.

Primary School Sports 2019 at Millstreet Town Park on Monday

Blessed with wonderful weather in Millstreet Town Park this Monday, 17th June 2019 – the Annual School Sports were thoroughly enjoyed by the many pupils from a large number of Primary Schools.   Organised by Millstreet Athletic Club the annual event was a tremendous success.  We recorded lots of images of the athletic efforts of the energetic children and will share these later.   Here we view the School with the highest accumulative score this year – Derrinagree N.S..   We also illustrate a number of items found at the end of the event which may be claimed by phoning Maeve on 087 261 7001 .
