Our Black and White two year old male cat missing since Sunday evening from the Tullig area. He was wearing a grey flea collar and is chipped and is neutered. He is a relatively big cat and has a black patch under his chin. If anyone saw him or sees him could they please phone 087 9064528.

TYNAN (Moneygourney, Douglas, Cork and late of Banteer): On November 6th, 2019, suddenly, ROBERT (ROB), dearly loved husband of Aileen (Quinn), much loved dad of Freya and Emma, beloved son of John and the late Frances and dear brother of Marguerite, Joanne, June and John. Lying in repose at the Temple Hill, Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd on (Friday) from 4.00pm until prayers at 6.00pm. Requiem Mass at 11.00am on (Saturday) in St. Patrick’s Church, Rochestown, followed by Cremation in the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Cork Simon Community. “Ní bheidh a leithéid arís ann”.

MCS Testicular Cancer Awareness Survey BTYS 2020

Donagh, Darragh, and Harry, are currently helping to raise awareness of testicular cancer by asking men to complete their short cancer awareness survey. This is a part of the research for their BT Young Scientist project which they hope to be presenting in Dublin next January. A brave project to take on, but one that could actually save lives. It’s simple, anonymous, and will only take a few minutes, so please help them out by completing their survey.
