Arthritis Ireland in Millstreet

arthritis

Do you have arthritis or fibromyalgia? Then the Living Well with Arthritis course is for you.  In just 6 weekly 2 ½ hour sessions you will learn how to: manage your pain, reduce your fatigue, improve your sense of well-being and meet and share  experiences with people with arthritis who are coping with many of the same issues as you.

Each course usually has 18 people and is led by trained leaders. Most of the leaders have arthritis themselves or are health care professionals. They are all interested in helping people with arthritis, and have successfully completed a Leader Training Workshop.
