I am looking for an old cup that was used in the Duhallow u14 football championship winners,
it is the cup of my late uncle John Francis Hickey who played for Millstreet and won a County in u14 football in 1957
I think, I think the cup is not being used anymore.
My uncle immigrated to America in 1963 and died in 1981 and Millstreet GAA brought out the cup in his memory around 1988 1989 I think.
If we are lucky enough to find this cup I will give it back to his family in New York.

It is with great sadness that we heard of the passing of Donie Twomey yesterday. On behalf of Millstreet GAA club, its members, players past and present and executive, we extend our sincere condolences to Donie’s wife Peg, to Niamh, Sean and Sarah, his brothers Jerry and John, his sisters Mary and Margaret and the wider Twomey and Cremin families.
Donie was an exceptional player for both club and county, popular and loved by all who knew him, admired and respected by all who played both with and against him. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
