Millstreet overcame the challenge of Kilbrin 1-20 to 0-12 to win the Twohigs Supervalu of Kanturk Duhallow JAHL title at a sunsplashed Rathcoole.

The winners laid the foundation in the opening half when Millstreet drove at Kilbrin with real intent, by doing do, they offered sheer graft  and teamwork  to collect league honours for  the first time since 2007.

Team captain Paul Sheehan accepted the league trophy from Denis Lane representing the Duhallow Central Controls Committee in the presence of Duhallow Board Chairman Steven Lynch.
