Thanks for supporting Lourdes Table Quiz

Many thanks to everyone who supported the Table Quiz which took place in The Wallis Arms on Friday 1st February.  A total of twenty-nine teams took place, which was fantastic.  There was a wonderful array of raffle prizes, including those sent by Patrick O’Leary from Kentucky (USA).

A total of €1600 was raised.  This money will go towards the travel and accommodation costs of four 5th year students from Millstreet Community School who will be travelling to Lourdes as helpers with the Irish Pilgrimage Trust at Easter.  They are: Caoimhe O’Leary, Sarah Louise Bourke, Emma Brady and Michelle O’Riordan.
