MILLSTREET CHURCH ALTAR SOCIETY for 16th & 23rd January: Group F

 DIOCESAN MISSION 2022

The Kerry Diocesan Mission will commence on next Sunday 16th January until Wednesday 19th January. Similar to last year you are asked to register on www.dioceseofkerry.ie and each day you will receive the links for that day – including Daily reflection, Prayer and the Mission talk at 8.00p.m. We also invite you to attend or join Mass through our live-streaming each day of the Mission.

Copies of a specially prepared booklet are available at the back of each Church and include prayers and reflection for each day.

Speakers for each night include:

Oisín McConville, a well-known GAA pundit, but also a man who has battled with addiction issues, and now works as a counsellor – he will explore the topic, Starting Afresh.

Kate Liffey, a teacher and chaplain in post-primary school, and a wife and parent of 4 young children – the topic she will explore is Sustained by Love;

Fr Seán McDonagh, a Columban priest, who has been involved with justice issues while working in the Philippines, and has written extensively on the Climate Crisis  – he will explore Sowing Seeds of Hope

Miriam Kerins Hussey, a trained pharmacist, she is also a holistic health and wellness coach – she will look at how we are Embracing life, as we move into 2022.
