“On the canvass recently, I came across complaints of dog-fouling on the pavements around the town. One person in particular was fulsome in her praise of the beauty of the town and its environs but found it off-putting to come across dog poo on the pavements. Now that the summer months are here, more people will be out exercising. This is a gentle reminder that we should all take responsibility for our dogs and their leavings.
