REMEMBERING ALL MOTHERS

To be a mother is a great treasure. Mothers, in their unconditional and sacrificial love for their children, are the antidote to individualism; they are the greatest enemies against war (Pope Francis).

This weekend we pray for all mothers, remembering especially those who are separated from their children, those who have left their homeland to make a new life for themselves and their children and those who are no longer with us.  May we always find strength in their love and comfort in the memories we hold close to our hearts.
