“Radio Treasures” from 9.10 to 11.10pm on CMS Tonight

On this Tuesday – 2nd Aug. 2022 – preceded by “Jimmy Reidy & Friends” with a wonderful programme relating to the Kilbeheny area at 8pm (the repeat of which one may hear after the Maureen Henry Show on Sunday night) we invite you to also tune into “Radio Treasures” this Tuesday from 9.10 to 11.10pm on Cork Music Station.    Feel very welcome to contact the live programme by emailing corkmusicstation @gmail.com or texting 086 825 0074 – One may also WhatsApp that number.   Tonight’s programme includes lots of uplifting songs, music, musings and requests.   A special feature also tonight includes at 10pm an interview with Conor O’Leary of Donoughmore, Coordinator supreme of the recent Mounted Games held recently at Green Glens.  At 10.15pm we repeat the very best of Irish Traditional Music recently recorded at “The Rock Bar”, Newmarket on the occasion of the 87th Birthday of Musician Supreme, Timmy O’Connor – this is just 12 minutes of a much longer broadcast later in the season but this 12 minute sequence includes the truly magnificent “Joyous Waltz” as played by Jackie Daly and Friends. Giuseppe…It was indeed truly wonderful not only chatting with your good self but listening to the magnificent songs and music of the superb “Dago Red” Group in Ballydehob at Levis’ Bar on Sunday, 31st July 2022, in the presence also of Artist supreme, Denis O’Connor. On this Tuesday, 9th Aug. at 10pm on Cork Music Station we shall be broadcasting a special feature which will include your own interview and that of James Carr. Sincere thanks for sharing such magical musical performances. Kindest regards to all the Group as you return to beautiful Italy.
