The death has occurred of Margaret (Maggie) McCaul, Bunnoe, Co. Cavan.
Margaret (Maggie) McCaul, Lisarney, Lisnageer, Cootehill, Co. Cavan. Died 17 January 2023, shortly after her 100th birthday, peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, in the presence of her family. Predeceased by her husband Packie, and her sons Patrick and Aidan.
Beloved mother of Noel, Mary, Philip, Gerry, Martin and Patricia. Will be very sadly missed by her children, her sons in law Tom and Mark, her daughters in law Anna, Susie and Mary, brother Aidan, her adored grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at her son Gerry and daughter in law Susie’s residence in Lisarney (Eircode H16 CF59) this Thursday from 4pm to 8pm, and on Friday from 4pm to 8pm. Funeral cortège to arrive at St Mary’s Church, Bunnoe for Requiem Mass on Saturday at 12 noon, and can be viewed live on www.churchtv.ie/bunnoe with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
For those wishing to pay their respects in person, a one way system will operate with entry to Lisarney Lane via Lisnageer and exit onto the Bunnoe-Cootehill Road.
