Reception prayers at 5.00pm on Friday evening in the Church of The Holy Spirit, Dennehy’s Cross. Requiem Mass at 11am on (Saturday). Funeral afterwards to the Convent plot, Drishane Cemetery, Millstreet. May she rest in peace.

Kindest nun I had at Holy Angel’s. She was wonderful.
Sister Hilary was a wonderful teacher at Holy Angels Catholic School in Daly City, California ,in the 1960s and early 1970s when I attended. Quick-witted and kind, she was stern when necessary but was always just. She had a wonderful laugh. I believe she was teaching fourth grade there in the late 1960s. More than 50 years later, I still remember her well. We were very lucky to have such a smart teacher and excellent role model. Rest in peace.
