Hi all,
If any of you are interested in supporting a local fund-raiser in Cork, Millstreet town’s newly formed Vintage Club are running a Vintage & Family Fun Day on Easter Sunday in the Green Glen’s Arena.
The event is being staged to raise funds for the Church restoration and will also be the town’s first vintage event which is hoped to be repeated each year from here on.
There are already a lot of registrations confirmed for the usual vintage vehicles at these types of events but the club have no contacts in the Vintage & Classic Motorcycles scene and would like to be able to have some classic/vintage bikes to complete the line-up.
So if any of you out there would like to exhibit a vintage or classic motorcycle only, the club would be delighted to have you enter the exhibition which is free for anyone with a vehicle in the event.
If you are interested then drop an e-mail to the following address: <email> and a contact from the club will be in touch with you.
Also, I have been informed by the club that any Classic/Vintage bikes attending the show will be displayed behind steel barriers and there will be a steward on hand for the bikes section to prevent any unwanted interfering. You can get details from the club at the e-mail address.
The event is starting at 1:30PM on Easter Sunday but anyone interested in exhibiting should aim to be there before 11:00AM.
Welcome any comments
Jack
