In loving memory of Timmy (Thady) who died on the 26th October 2024.
On this his 1st anniversary, we the family wish to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to all who supported us during his illness and during our sad loss.

A special thanks to Canon John Fitzgerald P.P. for celebrating Timmy’s mass and for the beautiful music. Our heartfelt thanks to Davy and all at Tarrant’s Undertakers your compassion and guidance was truly appreciated during those difficult days.

We would like to extend our gratitude to all the staff at Woodbrook Family Practice and to Mallow General Hospital, Cork University Hospital & St Vincents Dublin, who provided us with so much support, professionalism and empathy in the care of Timmy.

Words cannot express how thankful we are to our relatives, neighbours and good friends. We thank all those who stood guard of honour and escorted Timmy to St Mary Cemetery, especially Dromtariffe GAA, Kanturk rugby club, his colleagues at DAF Cork, Collins transport and all his friends from the motorbike community.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to those of you who sympathised, telephoned, texted, and sent flowers, mass cards and condolences on RIP.ie , and to those who attended Timmy’s funeral mass, our home and who bought food and refreshments. We like to thank also the people who travelled long journeys to offer their sympathy, and to those who called to Timmy in his final days
we will be forever grateful.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this notice as an expression of our appreciation. The Holy sacrifice of mass has been offered for your intentions.

Timmy’s First Anniversary mass will be celebrated in Derrinagree Church on Saturday 1st November at 7.30 p.m.

On the first anniversary of Connie’s sad passing, his family, Hugh, Nora, Mairead, Siobhan and Fiona would like to express their sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with them on their loss.

We wish to thank all those that attended the removal, funeral and burial.

Thank you to our  relatives, friends and neighbours that brought food, sent flowers, Mass cards and messages of sympathy.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation.

A very special word of thanks to Fr Jack for his pastoral care shown to Connie throughout his life.

To the staff at Millstreet Hospital for the wonderful loving care they bestowed on Connie in his later years.

Acknowledgement and First Anniversary 

Muriel and Valerie wish to express our sincere gratitude to all who supported us during the difficult time of the unexpected death of our dear brother, Edward.

A very special thank you to those who attended to Edward in his final hour, especially Conor and Stephanie Moynihan, the Paramedics, Gardà Jonathan, Canon Fitzgerald and funeral director Mr. David Tarrant.

A special acknowledgement to Edward’s colleagues at Alps, past and present who participated at the Mass and assisted at the funeral, carried the coffin and led the guard of honor, we thank you.
To all who attended Edward’s removal, funeral Mass and burial, sent messages, Mass and sympathy cards, we are very grateful.

To Gerry Doody for his beautiful music and hymns throughout the funeral Mass, we thank you.
