ash wednesday: Wednesday next (Feb 17th) is Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent. It is a day of fast and abstinence. Mass with the distribution of blessed Ashes will take place in Millstreet Church at the 10.00a.m Mass and again at 7.00p.m. In Ballydaly Church at 8.00p.m. and in Cullen Church at 7.30p.m.

LENTEN TROCAIRE BOXES: Please take home a Trocaire Box with you, which are available at the back of each of the churches.

CULLEN CHURCH: Masses during the coming week:

Monday (15th), Tuesday (16th), & Ash Wednesday (17th): Mass at 7.30p.m.

Friday (19th): Mass at 7.30p.m. for Denis, Catherine & John Desmond, Liscahane

Stations of the Cross will take place immediately after Saturday night Mass in Cullen during Lent.

STATION MEETING: To discuss and plan Stations for the next number of years in the Cloughoula area will take place on Thursday night next (18th) at 8.30p.m in Cloughoula School. This meeting will cover: Kilmeedy, Carrigleigh, Cloughoulamore, Knocknakilla, Cloughoulabeg, Willowbrook, Gneeves, Adrivale, Curracahill, Curragh, Ballinatona, Ballyvouskill, Carrigacooleen & Cahirdowney.
