If you want really fresh, wholesome and divine cakes then visit Eleanor Leahy’s award-winning artisan bakery stall. You can buy her produce at the markets in Macroom, Ballincollig, Bishopstown, Mallow, Rathmore and even the Limerick Milk Market. Amazingly she also runs the café and bakery in Millstreet, Nibbles Food Emporium. To be honest I have no idea how she maintains the passion and enthusiasm she has, as well as keeping her high standards of cooking and using local top quality ingredients, when much of her baking is hand made.
