Millstreet Church: There will be no Mass on Monday.

Mass on Tuesday & Wednesday at 10.00a.m.

Mass on  Thursday for Catherine Theresa Gallagher, Murphy’s Terrace at 10.00a.m.

Mass on Friday for the Millstreet Active Retired Association at 7.30p.m.

Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament every Tuesday & Wednesday from 10.30a.m. to 10.30p.m. in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel, Millstreet. Requests for Prayer & Special Intentions – a box & slips of papers for these intentions can be found at the back of the Church.  Each Tuesday & Wednesday the box will be placed on the altar for Mass and then placed in the Adoration Chapel so that people attending can pray for them.

CONFESSIONS:  Every Saturday in Millstreet Church 12.30p.m.-1.00p.m.

v      MILLSTREET JUVENILE GAA:  The Alan O’Connor & Connie Kelleher Annual Tournaments take place on Saturday next 12th October at 11.00a.m.

v      MILLSTREET PIPE BAND is currently enrolling new members.  For further information please contact (086) 8966163.

v      ART CLASSES:  Enrolment for art classes next Tuesday night (8th) in GAA Hall at 7.15p.m.  Beginners welcome. For enquiries contact (087) 6793841.

v      CULLEN CHOIR PRACTICE every Wednesday night at 7.15p.m. in the Church.  New members welcome.

v      CULLEN YOUNG AT HEART committee meeting next Tuesday night at 8.15p.m.

v      CULLEN ALTAR SOCIETY:  A meeting will be held in Cullen Church on Tuesday 15th at 7.30p.m. to form an Altar Society for Cullen.  Any new ideas are welcome.  The meeting is open to all.

v      MILLSTREET COMMUNITY SCHOOL:  Mass for 1st year students and their families will take place in the school library on Monday night (7th) at 8.00p.m.    40th Reunion will take place in Green Glens on Saturday 12th Oct.  Mass at 7.30p.m. followed by meal at 8.00p.m.  Tickets must be booked by Tuesday (8th).  Tickets available in the School or from outlets in town.

v      THANK YOU to everyone who supported the recent coffee evening in Ballydaly Hall.  Total raised €802.00 for Marymount Hospice.

v      MILLSTREET COMHALTAS:  Music classes recommencing Monday 7th Oct in the Crèche (in the Car Park) at 7.00p.m. and also Henry’s Music Classes recommenced in the GAA Hall on Friday evening between 3.00 & 6.00p.m.

 

INVITATION

Open to all to engage in “deeper conversation”.  The hour will consist of quiet reflection and scripture sharing.  Please come on Wednesday 16th October between 7.00 & 8.00p.m. in the Parish Centre.  Tea beforehand (6.45-7.00p.m.).  All welcome
