We had a fantastic day today in Derinagree raising our first Green Flag! Thank you to all who managed to join us for the thrilling performance of Captain Prendergast & the Army Band of the 1st Southern Brigade. It was great to see such a crowd! Thanks to millstreet.ie, Eily & John Tarrant for helping us get the message out there. Fr. Liam kindly offered us shelter in the church from the incessant rain for which we all were so very grateful for.
Thank you to all the parents who expertly took care of catering for the day. It may well be time for you to set up the Derinagree Event Management business!!
The Green Flag was finally raised to Roy’s Fanfare on Trumpet. A proud moment for us all.
