Magnificent Diamond Jubilee of Timmy Joe & Brenda
Where would one experience such a royal welcome, an uplifting celebration of Mass which included the wonderful singing of Annmarie O’Riordan and musical Friends, three more traditional musicians during the drinks reception, a glorious banquet in an exquisite setting where Guests were entertained by two Magicians during their meal, surprise musical Guests Sharon Shannon and Friends (including Macroom’s Jim Murray, Jnr.) introduced on stage, a performance by five times world champion Dancer David Geaney from Dingle and finally Nathan Carter & his Superb Band? All this and much more took place at The Europe Hotel in beautiful Killarney on Saturday evening (29th June 2019) organised by Family to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of the Marriage of Timmy Joe and Brenda O’Sullivan of Cullen whose wedding took place in 1959.
It was a true privilege to witness such a magnificent occasion and we extend sincere thanks to Brenda and Timmy Joe for permitting us to share a selection of images of the many pictures recorded on the occasion.
