Accommodation in Millstreet

  1. H²ei everyone, my name is Sylwia Chmal and this is my daughter Nadia who is 16 years old. We have lived in Millstreet since 2020 and have been in Ireland since 2017 when I moved here from Poland. I work full time in Deco Painters and Nadia attends the Millstreet Community school in 5th year in Millstreet.

We currently live in the two bedroom apartment above the Polish Shop in Minor Row. (To avoid any confusion, the Polish Shop tenants downstairs are a different family). This apartment previously belonged to the late Aidan McCaul and now is owned by his son Denis who is sending this request to the Millstreet website and Facebook page for us.

Denis was living in Minor Row but that house has been sold and he has now moved to a short term rental in town. His rental is only available on a temporary basis until after Christmas, and he will move in here once we vacate. We have been registered with the RTB and received our official termination notice for the apartment. Denis is now helping us try to find new accommodation.

In light of that we are looking to rent accommodation in Millstreet or the surrounding area. We need 2 bedrooms, we also have some of our own furniture (couch) and kitchen appliances (fridge, washing machine etc.) we can bring. Any properties in need to decorating we can do that too. I have a landlord reference from Denis and can provide a work reference too. I speak fluent English and have an exemplary tenancy record in terms of up to date payments, upkeep of the property and providing access for maintenance/inspection when needed.

I can provide a mobile number when you can contact me by email (remove spaces when copying and pasting email address)  chmalsylwia79 @ gmail .com or for direct contact with Denis McCaul, email him at denis.mccaul @ gmail .com (also remove spaces when copying and pasting his email address)

Please share this post, thank you for reading and I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards, Sylwia and Nadia.
