GROW IN LOVE IN THE PARISH

Grow in Love is the name of the Religious Education programme that children use in school. This weekend, we help the children to extend their learning about God into the parish community by welcoming them and their families to our Mass as they prepare to celebrate the sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Communion next year. Our focus for the month of October is on helping them to understand the Rosary as a special prayer during which we recall events in the life of Jesus and his mother Mary.

Also, today the children will each plant a crocus bulb outside the Church which will be in bloom for their First Holy Communion. This is to encourage their involvement in the bio-diversity projects of our Parish.
