Thank you to Mary Buckley & Family

One huge ‘Thank You’ to Mary Buckley and family, for hosting a Tea & Coffee Day and raising a phenomenal €3,500 for the Mercy University Hospital Cancer Appeal. It was organised in memory of loving husband, father and friend, John Buckley. Friends and family were treated to a mini buffet of pastries and Mary’s famous Tea Brack accompanied! Thank you to all who supported.
We also wish Mary, and her daughter Audrey O’Sullivan, the very best of luck in the Womans Way & Beko Mother of the Year 2017 awards, both are nominated.

Coffee Day – Thank You

6Mercy Hospital Fundraising Day at Rathcoole 2016 -600A huge thank you to all who supported my Coffee Day on Monday 2nd May in aid of the Mercy Hospital Cancer Appeal in remembrance of my late husband John.  A total of €5,389 was raised for this worthy cause.  Thank you to one and all.

Marathon run for Children’s Cancer Care

Thomas-600bThomas O’Leary, Drishane Road, Millstreet, having participated in the recent Dublin City Marathon 2009 (finishing in a time of 3hrs 49mins), presenting a cheque for 1,700 Euro to Julie Harris (fundraising officer for Mercy Hospital).   Thomas raised sponsorship for the Mercy University Hospital Foundation in Cork, specifically for the Children’s Cancer Care Unit.
