There’s around 3,000 entries for this weekend’s Owners Pony and Young Riders Charity Show, in the Green Glens, Millstreet. The event has been a major attraction since it was launched 28 years ago (16th year in Millstreet), and this year is nothing different. Tonight is the Night for the Superb Marymount Draw in Carriganima
Tonight (Friday, 24th Oct. 2014) is the true culmination of the dedicated fundraising project. It’s a night a celebrate the great kindness of the many generous people who contributed to the Marymount Ticket Project and a celebration also of the many who gave some truly excellent spot prizes. Canon John Fitzgerald, P.P., Millstreet will be celebrating a special Mass for all involved on Wednesday, 5th November 2014 at 10.00 a.m. in St. Patrick’s Church, Millstreet. Do join us in Carriganima tonight if you get an opportunity. “The Group of Kind Gentlemen” who have coordinated this amazing project are so thrilled to have not only reached their intended target of some €5,000.00 but have gone well, well beyond.
