Millstreet ARA Artists’ Exhibition Launch on Wed. 1st May 2019

Maura Walsh of IRD Duhallow will launch one of the first Bealtaine Festival 2019 events at Millstreet Library when at 7:00pm on Wednesday, 1st May she will officially open Millstreet Active Retirement Association Artists’ Exhibition.   Everyone is most welcome.  We thank Phil for alerting us to the special occasion.  (S.R.)

Cheque Presentation by Millstreet ARA to Community Responder Scheme

Annabelle O'Sullivan, on behalf of the Millstreet Branch of the Active Retired Association presents an impressive cheque to Gerard Sheehan, Coordinator DBM (Doneraile/Buttevant/Mallow) Community Responder Scheme. This presentation which took place on Monday, 28th Nov. 2016 in Millstreet Parish Centre is the excellent result of a recent Coffee Morning. Gerard addressed the gathering and outlined the overall role and inspiring work of those involved in this voluntary scheme. We recorded a splendid interview with Gerard and this will be heard on Radio Treasures on Tuesday, 29th Nov. at 10pm.
