Established 125 years ago in 1900 the West End Shop of the O’Byrne Family is to close following a special Closing Down Sale on this Saturday, 10th May 2025 from 10.00am to 5.00pm. Fr. Paddy O’Byrne has decided that now is the correct time to draw a close to one of Millstreet’s most popular shops which has especially been a firm favourite with many generations of children and their parents. We thank you, Fr. Paddy and all the O’Byrne Family especially the late Dola for providing such a truly magnificent service over many, many years where its many loyal customers were always accorded a royal welcome, a wonderfully friendly chat and the most inspiring and colourful window displays.
