The death has occurred of Teresa [Tessie] Buckley (née Corkery), Farrendoyle, Kanturk, Co. Cork / Millstreet, Co. Cork.

Sadly Tessie passed away peacefully at her home in Farrendoyle surrounded by her loving family, formerly of Coomlogane, Millstreet . Beloved wife of her late husband Dan, predeceased by her brothers Jerry, Michael and sisters Margaret and Hannah, is much-loved mother of Celine, Donald and Aidan. Tessie will be greatly missed by her brother Tom and sister Eileen, her brother -in-law and sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law Michelle and Nicolai, son-in-law Paul and grandchildren Phillippa, Mimi, Daniel, Barry, James and Rory, nephews, nieces, many cousins, neighbours and many friends.

May Tessie rest in peace in the arms of the angels

Rosary at Aidan and Nicolai’s home [P51T2D5] at 6pm on Saturday.  Reposing at Drew’s funeral home, Boherbue on Sunday from 5 pm to 7 pm.

Reception into the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Boherbue for Requiem Mass on Monday at 1pm which will be live streamed on https://www.churchservices.tv/boherbue Funeral afterwards to Boherbue Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Ellen (Eily) Coakley, St. Patrick’s Terrace, Newbridge, Co. Kildare / Millstreet, Co. Cork

Ellen (Eily) Coakley, St. Patrick’s Terrace, Newbridge, Co. Kildare. Formerly Station Road, Millstreet, Co. Cork, Ryansfield, Newbridge and Willowbrook Nursing Home. Peacefully, 24th January 2026, at Naas Hospital. Pre deceased by her parents Christy and Hanora and her brothers Cornelius and Matthew. Eily will be sadly missed by her sister Tessie, niece Debra, nephews Mark, Declan and James, niece in law Elizabeth, grandnephew Liam, grandnieces Aoibheann, Caoimhe and Niamh, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her family home from 5pm on Tuesday (27th January) concluding with Rosary at 7pm. Removal by Glennon’s Funeral Directors on Wednesday morning to arrive at St. Conleth’s Parish Church, Newbridge for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Conleth’s Cemetery, Newbridge. Eily’s Funeral Mass will be live-streamed through the webstream link below.
