Afternoon Tea

Yesterday a very successful Afternoon Tea was held in Corkery’s Bar.  Originally planned for Women’s Little Christmas, the snow unfortunately put an abrupt stop to the plans. How fitting that, instead, it was held on the weekend of the feast day of St. Brigid.
Organised by the Juvenile board of Millstreet GAA and with food and table settings provided by The Pastry Fork, the entire afternoon went down a real treat.
A massive thank you to Patrick and Caroline Corkery who were so accommodating and helpful before, during and after the occasion. Thanks also to Margaret Barrett Mortgage Navigators for the very generous spot prizes.
A wonderful afternoon was had and it was agreed that it must become an annual event!
