Martin O’Shea – Acknowledgement and First Anniversary

As we remember Martin on the First Anniversary of his passing (Oct 31, 2021) His wife, Anna, children Joanna and David, would like to sincerely thank their family, friends, neighbour’s, colleagues and all who supported and sympathised with them on their loss.

A special word of thanks to our kind neighbours, family and friends, who called to the house with food, words of support or just to be there with us.

To Tarrant’s Funeral Home – Davy, Cora and Declan, for an outstanding care and pure professionalism.

To Fr. John Fitzgerald and Fr. Paddy Byrne for the lovely mass. To Sharon for all her guidance and support and for organising readings and mass leaflets.

To Siobhán Buckley for beautiful music and singing at Funeral mass.

A word of thanks to all the neighbours and friends who stood along the road on Martin’s last journey home.

Special Thank You from Joanna and David to all their teachers and friends from MCS and BNS for attending the mass and for the guard of honour outside the church.

To all Martin’s colleagues and management from O’Keeffe’s SuperValu for the guard of honour at the graveyard. All Anna’s colleagues and management of Mid Cork Pallets, for an outstanding support.

It is hard to thank everyone. The support we have received during those tough days was truly overwhelming. We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our grateful appreciation.

The Holy Sacrifice of Mass will be offered for your intentions.
