The death has occurred of Maureen Looney (née Meade), Macroom, Millstreet and Sligo.

Looney (Kilpatrick, Macroom and late of Millstreet and Sligo). On May 4th, 2022, peacefully, at home in the presence of her family Maureen (née Meade). Beloved wife of the late Tim, sister of the late Joan, Brian, Niall and Eileen. Sadly missed by her loving family Micheal, Noirín (Madden), Helena (Healy) and Kathleen, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends, sons-in- law Justin and Mossey, grandchildren Aisling, Ellen, Tara, Conor, Seán, Ciarán and Brian.

Reposing at her residence (P12EA00) from 5pm Friday with prayers at 8:30pm. Maureen’s funeral cortege will leave her residence on Saturday at 1:30pm to arrive at St. Colman’s Church, Macroom for Requiem Mass at 2.30pm and can be viewed live on www.churchservices.tv/macroom.
