Millstreet News Updates – Part 2

Bried Mannix (centre) being congratulated on her wonderful recent 80th Birthday by Loyal Friends – Fr. Paddy O’Byrne and Zelia Dennehy.  Tap on the images to enlarge.  (S.R.)
Fr. Paddy’s always interesting shop window at West End with such a magnificent display of religious statues, Rosary Beads, St. Patrick’s Day Cards to mention but some of the wonderful range of religious objects.

One of the most superb Statues displayed on Fr. Paddy’s window is that of the “Sleeping St. Joseph” …..Pope Francis has indicated that he places a note outlining a problem or problems under a similar such Statue on a nightly basis being confident that the Sleeping St. Joseph will have offered a solution to the problem by the next morning.
Maintaining the beauty of Millstreet Town Park by recent dedicated care of the greatly appreciated walkway.
