To facilitate the laying of a new footpath in Millstreet Town Park from the Car Park to the Playground, the Children’s Playground will be closed from Tuesday, 28th September to Friday, 1st October 2021.

Acrobatic rock-n-roll World Cup
On September 25th,the acrobatic rock-n-roll World Cup was held in Bratislava, Bratislava .
More than 120 couples from 9 countries (Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine) took part in competitions. Couples from only 4 countries were in Final – Hungary, Russia, Ukraine and Ireland.
Ireland National Team showed great results and entered the Final in the Children’s Category and the Semi Final in the Juniors Category.

Ireland Team was represented by 4 couples from the Acrobatic Rock-n-Roll Irish Association (Empire R’n’R Dance School).

In two weeks time the Ireland National Team is going to take part in World Cup in Austria and in October young athletes going to represent Ireland in the main competition of the year – Acrobatic Rock-n-Roll World Championship in Ukraine.
