The death has occurred of Liam Gallagher, Newtown, Keel, Achill, Co. Mayo – formerly of Murphy’s Terrace, Millstreet, Co. Cork.

Liam Gallagher, Newtown, Keel, Achill, Co. Mayo and formerly of Millstreet Town, Co. Cork. Deeply regretted by his brothers Tony and Donie, families and friends.

Removal from Sweeney’s Funeral Home, Achill Sound (F28 HN81) on Monday 29th at 10.30am to St. Patrick’s Church, Pollagh, Keel, Achill, for Mass at 11am. Burial afterward in Slievemore Cemetery. Following Covid guidelines, funeral will be private to family members only (max 10 in church).   Consolation Book in Memory of Liam may be accessed HERE.

Eileen MacEvilly (née Hickey) Westport / Millstreet

Eileen MacEvilly (née Hickey), San Francisco, U.S.A. & late of Millstreet, Co. Cork (17th November 2020.) Predeceased by her husband Vincent. She enjoyed travelling, the outdoors, gardening and served as president of the S.F. Rose Society..

Sadly missed by her loving son Stephen, brothers Connie (Mallow, Cork) Donal (Dublin), sister Finola (Melbourne, Australia), nephews Sean (Mallow, Cork), Patrick and John (New York), niece Eileen (Dublin) Deirdre (New York), relatives and friends. May her gentle soul rest in peace. [rip] [legacy]

Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Westport on Tuesday March 30th at 12.30pm with burial afterwards in Aughavale Cemetery. Mass will be live streamed on www.churchtv.ie/westport Due to HSE guidelines Eileen’s funeral will be private to family members only.
