Dear Families,
We appreciate that this is a difficult time for our pupils and their families and we are working to provide educational support in a different way than the norm.
With this in mind, we have sourced this comprehensive list of ideas and activities you might consider checking out to support your child during the coming weeks. Please remember that we will get through this together!

Scoil Mhuire Boy’s National School wish to give parents the opportunity to collect their child’s books from the school. Classrooms are being allocated separate days. Parents/children will not be able to enter school building. Please come to the front of the school, remain outside, and press buzzer. The teacher on duty that day will give out the child’s books either in a box or a clear plastic bag.

MONDAY 23rd – Mr. O Connor 9:20 to 3:00 pm
TUESDAY 24th – Mrs. Curtin 9:20 to 3:00 pm
WEDNESDAY 25th – Miss Buckley 9:20 to 3:00 pm
THURSDAY 26th – Miss Guerin 9:20 to 3:00 pm
We plan to start using Edmodo to distribute schoolwork from next Wednesday on. Your child will be allocated a code to access this by your class teacher. In the meantime there are many great educational websites out there, however the website scoilnet is a great place to get educational content. The Millstreet Meals on Wheels service is available for anyone who needs it. All food is prepared in Millstreet Day Centre & we operate the service 5 days a week. You can order a hot dinner for as many days as you like, delivered to your door from Mon-Fri for just €6 a day.
A variety of meals are served throughout the week and the staff will endeavour to facilitate individual tastes when preparing meals.

As a duty of care to my family and yours, I have closed my Sewing Service for drop in customers . It will be appointment only and no fitting service available for the time being.
