We wish to express sincere thanks to Myra Sheehan who for the past three years has so magnificently achieved so much in her dedicated work in Millstreet Museum & Tourist Information Centre.   In particular Myra’s superb scanning of thousands of photographs permitting us to share worldwide on a digital format an amazing pictorial database of Millstreet’s history – this is of such immense importance and we are so very grateful to Myra for her inspiring approach to such work.   Myra has also been the wonderfully cheerful Assistant Curator who has greeted so many from all parts of the world and splendidly projected an excellent uplifting image of Millstreet in such a heartfelt and sincere manner.  Míle buíochas, Myra and we wish you every blessing and success in the future.   And Myra has helped to guide our new Assistant Curator – Mary Shine -into her new role.   We extend a Royal Welcome to Mary and feel so fortunate that people of your wonderfully high calibre are part of our Team.   Special thanks to Supervisor, Denis Hickey also for his ever helpful assistance.
