Club Notes:
  • The Christmas Hampers Competition continues on Friday nights at 6pm  and Saturday afternoons at 2pm for both men, women, and juvenile boys and girls. A minimum of five cards must be played with the three best to count.
  • The Tuesday evening 3 ball scrambles are now discontinued due to the shortening evenings.

From a young age I’ve struggled with my mental health. Anxiety, depression, and self harm are a part of me that I don’t remember ever being without. Yet for many years, I kept that fact to myself. The medical system and the world around me led me to believe that admitting to fighting a battle with my own mind made me weak and undesirable.
Mental Health Ireland is an organization that helps people such as myself. It is a national voluntary organisation which was established in 1966 as the Mental Health Association of Ireland.
