Margaret Smyth (nee Looney) pictured in January 2013 following the funeral of her brother, Michael Looney in Millstreet. **********  We  wish to extend our sincere sympathy to Margaret’s husband, John and to the entire Family, Relatives and Friends on the recent very sad departure of Margaret to her Eternal Reward, R.I.P..  Being a native of Minor Row I’ve known Margaret since childhood.    Forever with a wonderful smile, optimistic attitude to life and consistently helpful – Margaret was a magnificent Neighbour.  Michael (her brother) stayed in the home of John and Margaret when he first went to Dublin and later when John & Margaret moved to Co. Monaghan Michael was always accorded a royal welcome there.    She never forgot Millstreet and kept in touch with the Healy and Cotter Families and others in Millstreet over the years and loved to revisit.   Margaret is buried in Scotstown, Co. Monaghan – where she and John raised their splendid Family.   Ar dheis  Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.   ( S.R.)
