On meeting with Kathy O’Connor in Supervalu this evening (pictured here with Julius Bolz from Germany who is on an international work project in Sherkin and Millstreet) we discover that the Brennan Brothers’ very popular “At Your Service” programme which will be broadcast on RTÉ1 Television on Sunday, 1st Feb. 2015 at 8.30pm will focus on Sherkin North Shore on Sherkin Island – an exciting enterprise in which the O’Connor Family are enthusiastically involved.  Click on the image to enlarge.    (S.R.)

Marian Players Rathmore presents their 28th Annual Pantomime. LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD opens in The Community Centre Rathmore on Saturday January 24th @ 7:30pm, with matinees on the following two Sundays @ 3.00 pm. GAA ‘Foundation Course’ in Coaching

Millstreet Juvenille GAA are running a ‘Foundation Course‘ in Millstreet GAA Hall on Friday 6th & Sat 7th February (2 day course).

The ‘Foundation Course’  is a basic level coaching course in both hurling and football. Parents that help out or wish to help out at underage training are encouraged to complete the course. The course is also open to members of the Camogie Club. Total cost is €20 per person. spaces available !
