Dromtarriffe Parish Hall – News

2014-07-09 Dromtarriffe Parish Walko The people of Dromtariffe were out in force again for the third parish walk on Thursday 10th of July. A large group of over 80 people of all ages turned up on the night. The walk went from the Ball Alley, Lyrevouscane to the Boeing, Dromsicane Castle. The dogs swam in the river and the crowd sang the Bold Thady Quill. Our 4th walk on Thursday 17th starts from Derrinagree Church Car Park at 7.30p.m. Refreshments will be served after in the hall. We would ask people to please bring water.

o A family Funathon will run in Dromtariffe Parish hall on the 17th August. There will be loads of happening on the day and lots more information in the weeks ahead.

The Wonderful Wedding of Elaine & Niall on 12th July 2014 – Part 1

On Saturday, 12th July 2014 the wonderful wedding of Niall McDonagh of Co. Galway and Elaine Shine of Kilmacrane, Kilcorney took place at St.Patrick's Church, Millstreet followed by a splendid reception at the Killarney Oaks Hotel. The Infant de Prague statue truly worked in that the weather was excellent for the very happy occasion. Here we share the first part of our two-part feature. Click on the images to enlarge. (S.R.)
