Victory Parade at 6.30pm Today for Chloe and Megan Who Won Prestigious All-Ireland Gold Medals in Dublin Yesterday at the Amateur Boxing Championships

Beginning at Colemans in Minor Row and proceeding to Tarrant’s Bridge Bar, Millstreet the  Victory Parade at 6.30pm today (Sunday, 18th May 2014) for Chloe Barrett and Megan Lehane who won Prestigious All-Ireland Gold Medals in Dublin yesterday at the Amateur Boxing Championships, will include members of Millstreet Pipe Band and lots of enthusiastic Supporters.   Everyone is welcome to celebrate such an historic win for two great sports people from Aubane.  Following some uplifting words a celebratory social evening will follow at Tarrant’s Bridge Bar. Sincere Congratulations to Chloe and Megan.   (S.R.)

What a truly wonderful occasion for the First Holy Communicants as they participate in the beautiful ceremony at St. Patrick's Church, Millstreet, as they experience a superb party in the GAA Community Hall where they are presented with framed certificates.
