Open Morning this Friday 25 October at the E Centre Millstreet (10:00 – 12:00)

Cork Educational and Training Board promotes and co-ordinates community education programmes , the programmes are based locally and are tailored to meet people’s needs. Adult and Community Education encourages dialogue and values life experience. What is perhaps most important is that the education system now allows for life-long learning and this can include accreditation or non-accreditation.

The taster programmes involve a blend of the practical and the creative. These programmes are suited to those who wish to return to training ,those who want to access further education or employment. Tasters provide a way of testing the waters as it were. The Open Morning will be held this Friday 25 October at the E Centre Millstreet (10:00 – 12:00).  This is an opportunity to discuss various options.

The taster course is 4weeks long; 3 sessions per week 9.30 -12.30 and will be held in the E centre, Millstreet, these courses might include: Communications, CV and Interview Techniques; Sewing /Alterations; Creative Writing; Music Appreciation; Drama; IT.
