“Radio Treasures” on Cork Music Station This Evening 9.30 – 11.00 pm

“Radio Treasures”  on Cork Music Station www.corkmusicstation.com  this week features the Big Band Sound of the 1930s and 1940s including the wonderful tunes “The Peanut Vendor” and “Tea for Two”.     Tonight’s programme  also includes a brief feature on the interesting and oftentimes witty stories of everyday life in Ireland as reflected in the witty conversation.    Looking forward to sharing melodic and relaxing music.   (S.R.)

This week we mourn the passing of the Saintly Mons. Michael Manning who was our Parish Priest for over 17years until he retired two years ago. May his gentle Soul rest in Peace.

We are still being pounded by the unseasonal weather and praying for an improvement every day.
