This is the outdoor Tractor Build event which took place in April 2012 at the K&L Complex in Millstreet. On next Sunday, 16th Dec. at 3.30 p.m. the Tractor Build project will take place INSIDE the Pub in Carriganima by the Broomhill Vintage Group (Coachford) in aid of Suicide Aware. Great credit is due to Seán and Matthew for organising this very important and quite unique event. All are very welcome.(S.R.)

St.Joseph’s Gardens
St Joseph’s Gardens was opened by Respond Housing Association in 2009. The scheme, formerly the home of the Presentation Sisters, contains thirty-two one-bed apartments for persons 40+ years. There is also community room where coffee mornings and other activities take place. It is a historic site, which has a long association with the Presentation Sisters, and efforts have been made to preserve the old stone walls and Grotto. The apartments are surrounded by peaceful country walk and residents have the opportunity to ‘grow their own’ in our garden allotments. The development is ideally

Last Man Standing – winners and new competition
Congratulations to Cian O’Mahony and John Moran who were joint winners of Last Man Standing after Swansea’s defeat last Saturday (Dec 8th). Both lads will receive a nice pre-Christmas prize of €395 each. We would like to thank everyone for taking part and would like to invite anyone who is interested to participate in the next competition which will begin next weekend. Entries are being taken from any club members and at various locations around town and will need to be in by next Thursday (13th Dec).
