This free workshop is open to anyone over 18, unemployed or out of work for whatever reason, and to anyone working part-time on a low income, state sponsored scheme etc.
Pre-Registration via link above or via QR code is preferred to ascertain numbers and ensure support available for all attendees to receive a short 1 to1 mtg after the workshop.

NB: Registration is required in advance as per link / QR Code on Poster.  There will be time to meet each attendee in a short one to one session after each workshop. Registration allows us to guage attendance and have enough of the team onsite.

These are the proposed classes for Millstreet FET Centre for September 2025. We will have an OPEN DAY on Friday 5th Sept 10am-1pm.

 All classes will run subject to sufficient demand and approved Tutor availability. Class numbers are limited to between 8 and 10 spaces so early booking is advisable.

End of Term Gathering in the FET Centre

Some pictures of our end of term gathering in FET Centre ( Further Education and Training Service) last week. Tutors and learners got a chance to relax and socialise amid our very productive gardens and allotments.

Millstreet Vintage Club Presentation to St Josephs Foundation

Millstreet Vintage Club made a Presentation on Wednesday Evening October 4th last to St. Joseph’s Foundation CEO Michael Hegarty of a Cheque for €4,736 following the Clubs Van Run held back in July,the Cheque was presented by Event Organiser Martin Lucey along with his Wife Nollaig and Son Colin to a delighted Michael who thanked Millstreet Vintage Club and Everyone who was involved in the running of the Van Run,Michael said the money raised will be used to very good effect in the day to day work that St Josephs Foundation do in the North Cork Region and as well making improvements for future development which is vital to give a top class service to the Region.
