Lane (Banteer and late of Kanturk and South Horsemount, Kilcorney) On August 12th 2023, peacefully in  the loving care of Geraldine, nurses and staff at Millstreet Community Hospital, Mary (retired nurse Kanturk Community Hospital), beloved sister of Norah (Keir) and the late Dan, Kitty, Ellen (O Sullivan), Thade, Peggy, Denny and Patricia (Hartnett). Deeply regretted by her sister, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.

On April 29th 2023, unexpectedly at his home. Beloved husband of Mary and much loved father of Nicola, Matthew and Jack. Predeceased by his father Matt John, mother Mary and brother Tony. Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, sister Eleanor, brothers Matt and Con, son-in-law PJ, daughter-in-law Shea, his adored grandchildren Luke, Patrick, Seán and Hallie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Lying in repose at his home in Bolomore House, Rathcoole, Mallow, County Cork, P51WY83, on Wednesday (May 3rd) from 4.00pm to 8.00pm. Requiem Mass at 12.00pm on Thursday (May 4th) in St. John’s Church, Dromagh, P51W983. Funeral afterwards to St. Mary’s Cemetery, Millstreet. Family flowers only, please.

Margaret Moynihan (née O’Sullivan and formerly of Renasup), Islanderagh, Rathmore, Co. Kerry. On Friday 28th April, in her 94th year, peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Junior (Francis) and predeceased by her siblings Joan, Nora, Tim and Michael. Dear mother of Joan (Howard), Mary (O Mahony), Phil (Noonan), Patsy (O Mahoney), Geraldine (McGinley). Sadly missed by her sister Breeda (O Brien), sons in law Gerald, Tim, Jimmy and Tony, grandchildren Deirdre, Francis, David, Carol, Pat, Marie, Thomas, Maggie, Linda, Siobhan, Evelyn, Muireann, Caoilfhionn and Mairead, and her seven great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, kind neighbours, friends and relatives.

Reposing at her residence Islanderagh, Rathmore (P51 HY96) on Sunday 30th April from 3pm. Please be advised that a one-way system will be implemented from Lisseyconnor Cross to her residence and from her residence to Scrahangullane.

Margaret’s funeral cortège will depart her residence at 10am (1st May), via Scrahangullane to St. Joseph’s Church, Rathmore. Requiem Mass for Margaret will take place at 11am, burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Mary Kelleher, Glen Park, formerly Main Street, died unexpectedly on 23 April, 2023. She was predeceased by her parents, Jerome and Mary Ellen, siblings Eva, Morty and Chrissie. She was greatly loved and is sadly missed by her sisters Nancy O’Regan (Tralee) and Colette Kelleher (Cork) and brothers Michael (Mickey/Macroom), Jerry (Ovens), Gus (Fermoy) and Dr Con (Macroom); sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, cousins, neighbours, former Millstreet Community School colleagues and friends.

Noreen Carver, late of Lisrobin, Boherbue, Co Cork who passed away peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Araglen House. Beloved wife of the late Tim and dear Mother of Sheila, Thomas, Mairead, Eileen and Martina. Dearly loved and missed by her sister, Kathleen and her grandchildren Ellen, Tara, Ciarán, Cerys, Bethan and Rhys. The death has occurred of Jeremiah (Jerry) Carroll, Station Road, Millstreet, Co. Cork.

On April 13th 2023, under the loving care of staff at the Mercy hospital Cork.

Jerry is pre-deceased by his mother Catherine and father Jeremiah, also by his brother Daniel and sister Kathleen. Jeremiah is very much missed and fondly remembered by his wife Mary, sons Paul, Derrick, Tony and Don. Also by his grandchildren Craig, Stephen, Eva, Jason, Ciara and Gary and his great grandchildren Archie and Gracie. Also missed by his nephews Robert, Andrew and niece Angela in Australia. Fondly remembered too by extended family, neighbours and friends.
