Organisers of Carriganima St Patricks Day Parade want to say Thanks to Everyone who made it a Great Success

Sean and Matt of The Pub in Carriganima wish to thank Everyone who Supported and Helped in anyway with the St Patricks Day Parade held in Carriganima on Sunday, in Particular they would like to thank all the People who participated in the Parade with Floats, Vehicles Etc, to John Paul O`Shea Mayor of Cork County for being the Grand Marshal for the Day, the Cullen Pipe Band for Leading the Parade, An Garda Siochana for there help, to the huge turnout of people that came to watch thanks for supporting the event, and finally to anyone we may have forgotten to mention here who might have helped out in any way, we thank you very much, the Event was an outstanding Success which was also helped by superb Sunshine on the Day, we look forward to seeing ye all again for the 2017 Parade.

We share the first three images of a truly wonderful St. Patrick's Parade held on Sunday, 20th March 2016 in the very welcoming Carriganima blessed with glorious sunshine. Great credit is due to Seán Murphy and his Coordinating Team for such a very successful annual event. Grand Marshal of the Parade was Cllr. John Paul O'Shea, Mayor of Cork County. Here is just a selection of Photos taken at Cork County Hall last Monday Night of Sean Radley being recognised by the County Mayor John Paul O`Shea for his Irish Broadcasting Hall of Fame Award.A large number of supporters from Millstreet accompanied Sean Radley on the Night with them all travelling together on the C.A.R.T. (Carriginma Area Rural Transport) Bus,a great Night was had by all and we must thank Breeda Piggot for the lovely Photos.

LTV2 Millstreet Programme 271 (Christmas Special) is now Online, on this Programme we go to Carriganima for an Entertainment Special for Christmas which includes a great performance from the North Stars Choir Group from Cullen who on the Night performed a number of Tracks which they have recorded on to an 8 Track CD for Christmas with all proceeds from this going to Edel House in Cork, also on the Night in Carriganima we had some lovely singing from the likes of Laura Dunlea, Sarah Dennehy from Millstreet, Jerry O`Riordan, Eily Buckley, Jerry McCarthy, a Story or Two from Roger Casey and backing all the Entertainers and Performing on the Night as well was the Legendary Barry O`Halloran, we also go to Lapland to see how preparations are going for Santa Claus and we have a Christmas Song from Paddy O`Brien as well, so we hope you enjoy our Christmas Special and from all the Team at LTV 2 Millstreet we would like to wish all our Viewers both at Home and Abroad a Very Happy and Peaceful Christmas.
