Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament every Wednesday from 10.30a.m. to 10.30p.m. in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel, Millstreet. Requests for Prayer & Special Intentions – A box & slips of papers for these intentions can be found at the back of the Church. Each Wednesday the box will be placed on the altar for Mass and then placed in the Adoration Chapel so that people attending can pray for them.

CONFESSIONS: Every Saturday in Millstreet Church 12.30p.m.-1.00p.m.

Mass on Wednesday 22nd – ASH WEDNESDAY– for Kevin Gardiner at 8.15p.m. MILLSTREET CHURCH ALTAR SOCIETY for 26th Feb & 4th March Group F.

ASH WEDNESDAY: Wednesday next 22nd February is Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent. It is a day of fast and abstinence. Mass with the distribution of Ashes will take place in Millstreet Church at 10.00a.m. & 7.30p.m; Cullen Church at 8.15p.m.

LENTEN TALKS: In Millstreet Community School Library from 8.00-9.30p.m.

Admission is free, however a donation of €5 is suggested for each talk to cover the travel costs of the speakers.

Monday February 27th: “Jesus, the Compassionate One” led by Fr. Peter McVerry SJ, founder of the Peter McVerry Trust

Monday March 5th: “Compassion, Faith and the Family” led by Dr. Patricia Kieran, Dept. of Education, Mary Immaculate College, Limerick

Monday March 12th: “Being God’s Compassion in our World” led by Mr. Justin Kilcullen, Director of Trócaire.

MILLSTREET VINTAGE CLUB RALLY on Easter Sunday 8th April in K&L Deliveries Yard. Fundraising this year for: Millstreet St. Vincent De Paul; Boys National School; North Cork Branch of MS; Palliative Care Unit, C.U.H.
