This was a sickening act of vandalism carried out Holy Thursday night / Good Friday morning. The local Gardaí are following a definite line of inquiry and are confident of catching the culprits in the coming days.
Millstreet was looking beautiful when I visited with my friend 2 weekends ago. I was shocked to see that the beaufidul fences are ruined on viewing the website. The people in the area work so hard to keep it beautiful.

Yes there are a number of cameras down there … (and they work well too)

it wasnt a horse that kicked it down!! … … i assume no one saw anything so no one knows
Not a horse, I think, but possibly a donkey or more likely a mule or some creature of that ilk.
