Office Administrator – Full Time
Main Duties will include:
• Maintain the smooth running of the office by organising office operations
• General administration duties to include responding to emails, letters
answering calls and arranging appointments.
• Order & repair processing and dispatch.
• Maintain showroom, ensuring that it is fully stocked and presentable.
• Other duties as they may arise.
The ideal candidate should have:
• A minimum of 2 years office administration experience.
This is a requirement.
• Excellent IT skills including competence with Microsoft Office products
(Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
• A positive and flexible attitude and self-starting ability.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively on own initiative and as part of a team.
Workdays: Monday – Friday
Location: The Old Creamery, Millstreet, Co Cork.
Experience: 2 years office administration
