Cork Young Filmmakers’ popular Summer Filmmaking Workshops for 14 – 18 year olds will take place from July 17 – 21 Applications are now open: https://firstcutfilmfestival.com/sfw23
These hands-on camps are made possible with support from Cork County Council , SECAD Partnership CLG – SECAD, Cork Education and Training Board , CreativeIrl and Cork Film Centre and cost just €75 per young person for the full week. Each workshop will cover scriptwriting, camera work, lighting, directing, and an introduction to editing.
At the end of the workshop, each participant will have experience with every role on the team and together will have produced a short film as a film crew.
